The Pioneers Partnership is a SCITT (School Centred Initial Teacher Training), providing non-salaried training routes into teaching.

Their vision is that every child has the opportunity to receive an Outstanding education and they provide high quality and personalised training to graduates to support this. On successful completion of the one-year training course students will achieve Qualified Teacher Status and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from Manchester Metropolitan University.

TRAIN TO TEACH WITH THE PIONEERS PARTNERSHIP

With the school-led programme trainees are immersed in all aspects of school life from the very first day of their course, spending more time based in schools and classrooms than you would on a traditional PGCE course. All training is delivered by expert practitioners and is wholly school based.

Trainees complete the course with many more hour’s classroom experience than those who have followed a university-led route, leaving them more confident and skilled as they embark on the next stage of their career.
